If you collect nice hotels, or if you just want a special treat, this one should definitely be on your list. The room was extremely comfortable and very well appointed and it was obvious that the staff were very well trained. Luckily, I didn’t pay the full rate which made my stay all the more enjoyable.
I think I’m right in saying that this hotel has been voted one of the best in the world, which doesn’t surprise me. The whole place is run with the efficiency of a Swiss clock. All you need is the money to pay for it.
This is definitely one of my favourite hotels, it is so modern and stylish. On arrival I received a very friendly welcome, check in was quick and efficient and the room was beautifully decorated and contained all mod cons and more. The staff could not do enough for me. Let’s hope this high standard continues.
This is a top quality hotel in every department. The room was clean, comfortable, modern and well appointed and the staff were very polite and professional. Obviously this all comes at a price, but you can pay a lot more for significantly less.
Just what you’d expect from a 5 Star hotel. Everything was top quality. It’s in a quiet but central location. Friendly, helpful, and courteous staff. No complaints, but car parking a little pricey.
Top class hotel on the river and close to the MEN Arena. Ideal location for everything you could possibly want and great chance to mix with the rich and famous.
A very nice hotel with a pleasant riverside location. Room was large, as was the bed. Some nice touches too, such as artwork. Restaurant was nice and I imagine the terrace would be pleasant in the summer (I stayed December).
This is the place where all the celebrities stay, Posh and Becks etc.
