This modern budget hotel is situated in Leigh, a small town 6 miles south east of Wigan. It offers over 70 rooms ranging from singles to large suites suitable for families of up to 5 persons. Regardless of type all include satellite TV, stereo, desk, and hospitality tray.

The hotel is just off the East Lancashire Road, giving easy access to Manchester and Liverpool. Warrington is also nearby (8 miles drive).
Leigh might not me everyone’s first choice when it comes to staying in Lancashire, but it certainly offers value for money if you stay here. The room was nice, the staff were great, and there was an excellent breakfast available. Great pub next door as well.
This proved to be an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. I selected it because of the extremely competitive price and good leisure facilities and I was not disappointed. The room was nice and quiet and very well appointed. A great little find.

Our room appeared a little dated but it ticked all the right boxes in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Our friends booked a family room which was absolutely enormous and the friendliness of the staff really made you feel at home. Repeat visit definitely on the cards.
Excellent value considering you get free use of the leisure complex nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and functional. Would have no hesitation in staying again.
