One of the best features of this Travelodge hotel is its location. Situated just off the M60 motorway, it’s just a few minutes walk from the Trafford Centre (shops, cinema etc.), Chill Factore (indoor skiing), and a golf driving range.
The hotel opened at the start of 2007 and offers 54 rooms. All are basic, but clean and spacious, and include a TV, hospitality tray, and WiFi (small fee). Free car parking is also available.
The Travelodge doesn’t have a restaurant or bar, but there are plenty to choose from at the Trafford Centre, just across the road.
Will satisfy all but the most awkward at a bargain price. Why pay more?
Wouldn’t like to pay the full price, but if booked correctly there is a bargain to be had here as in many Travelodges. The place still seems to be fairly new, the room we had was nice and the staff were friendly and efficient. No hesitation in staying here again.
Perfect location for the Trafford Centre being just a few minutes walk away. I think you’d be hard pressed to find better value in Manchester. No need to compromise on the room either as it was clean and spacious with all mod cons. Parking is also free. What more could you ask?
