Felt a little bit old fashioned, but really enjoyed my stay overall due to the lovely location and pleasant and polite staff. Great food and an excellent wine list rounded things off quite nicely and all at a very reasonable price.

Terrific location offering everything you could possibly need including a whirlpool. The hotel is probably past its best but the 700 year old building is full of character and the food and staff were of a high standard. No complaints.

This is not four star Hotel. The room was soiled and to hot. Our room was above the air extraction units from the kitchen that kept us awake until the early hours then started again at 6.00am. I would not recommend this hotel. Staff were a saving grace. Management need to get a grip.

Great hotel, great location, and friendly staff. My wife visited the health spa as a present, the best she has visited. Great dinner, great breakfast and a very comfy spacious room. What more could one ask? I would recommend this hotel to anyone who has a chance to stay.
