The Carlton Hotel is situated at the quieter, northern end of Blackpool’s Promenade, close to the train station.

Slept like a log here as the bed was so comfortable. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful and the room service was excellent. Found the 10.30 check-out time a bit of a pain, don't know if that has now changed.

Handy place to stay if you come by train as we did. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was clean and had everything in it that we required. Good Indian restaurant if you don't want to stray too far for your evening meal.

I've stayed in Blackpool many times and found the Carlton to be one of the nicest hotels in the town. The staff are very friendly and it's away from all the rowdy behaviour in the centre.
