Blackpool has well over 2,000 hotels, guest houses and self-catering apartments. Listing them all would be a task we’re not even going to contemplate. Families and older folk should choose their accommodation carefully as a few properties cater to stag and hen parties.
The town can get a little rowdy in the evenings and at weekends. Visitors preferring a more tranquil location should consider one of the hotels in Lytham St Annes, just south of Blackpool International Airport.
