This is a perfect antidote to the overpowering hustle and bustle of Blackpool in my opinion. They offer good facilities and clean rooms at a reasonable price and St Annes is only a few minutes walk away. They do have a lift, but there's also quite a few steps, which wouldn't be too clever if you were a bit unsteady on your feet.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted a bit of peace and quiet, especially in the over 60s age bracket. I enjoyed my stay here as it was just what I wanted and the food and service were both very good. My room was clean and spacious and overlooked the sea.
