Oakleigh House

I wouldn't stay anywhere else now. The owners are extremely friendly, welcoming and give excellent customer service. The rooms are clean, warm and comfortable. The food is very good. The location is excellent for the train station, coach park, funfair and many other attractions. It is very true that you arrive as a guest and leave as a friend.

We had a lovely time here. The owner was really friendly and full of useful suggestions and always happy to help. The room was kept to a high standard, unlike a lot of these smaller places, and the breakfast was fresh and hot and tasty. Very good value as well.

The hotel is in a perfect spot as it's only a few minutes walk from the Pleasure Beach. There are stacks of places to eat and drink nearby and lots to do. The room was very clean and had a superb shower, and all that at a bargain price. Will probably go back the next time we're in Blackpool.

I stayed here in August and loved it. Sean is friendly and is always helping which I thought was kind. He offers you tea and coffee and you are allowed to stay up late which is good. The rooms are comfortable and nice. I am coming back in September. This hotel is good value for money.
