This is the second time both myself and my mother have stayed at this hotel and i have to say that after staying in some 20+ hotels in Blackpool that this is by far the best. The hotel itself is spotless clean well furbished and has numerous seating areas that are comfortable. The food is excellent and the entertainment is good, but the most of all the staff are wonderful. They could not be more accommodating. I have just undergone a gastric bypass and from the staff in the reception to the dining room staff any request I had was never too much trouble. There was one particular evening when I was not too good due to the surgery and we missed our evening meal. We went out for a couple of hours for some fresh air and when we returned to the hotel a receptionist called Julie had been trying to contact our room as she knew we hadn't eaten and was worried. I thought that this was lovely as when you are in some hotels they don't even notice you are missing. We would like to thank all the staff at the park house hotel for yet another lovely time, especially Julie. We will be back again in November for turkey and tinsel. Can't wait. Marilyn Lansley.
