This is a brilliant place to stay if you want to be near the Pleasure Beach, but it's also handy for the tram if you want to go up the prom. The owners are very friendly and I don't know what other people paid, but we got a terrific deal without having to compromise on anything. Well recommended in our opinion.

Great breakfast and very friendly owners who were full of useful information and suggestions. Also has a nice little bar to get warmed up before you go out for the night. I would recommend it.

Great location for the Pleasure Beach and excellent value for money. The room was a bit on the small side, but it was clean and had everything we needed. We were out most of the time anyway, so that didn't really matter. Would stay here again.
