Bolton has a good selection of restaurants to suit all tastes. Many are situated in the town centre around Nelson Square and the Pack Horse Hotel (La Tasca, the Olive Press, Tiggis, Pizza Express etc.). Notable restaurants in the suburbs include Mai Thai in Heaton and Sagar in Blackrod. The Dickensian-themed Smithills Coaching House is a good choice for families with children.
