Mixed feelings about this place due to the lack of parking at the hotel. You have to use a car park about 50 yards away, mind you, it is free. No complaints about the hotel itself, in fact it was better than average in most departments and very good value for money. All in all we would probably go back if in the area.

We stayed here whilst cycling around the Lake District and could not be more impressed. The room was lovely and very clean and tidy and the staff were exceedingly friendly and attentive. They even had a place to store our bikes which delighted us no end. Great breakfast as well to get you going in the morning.
