We couldn't believe how good this place was for the price. We were a bit gutted actually as we'd paid twice as much for less in some places. The room was absolutely immaculate and the staff, I think they were the owners, just totally bent over backwards for you and were so friendly. We would recommend it to anyone.

This place is truly outstanding and combines that rare quality of excellent facilities at a very competitive price. It's so nice to stay with people who really seem to take pride in what they do and convince you that you are more important than your money. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Carlisle.

I can't recommend this place highly enough. The room was immaculate and the owners extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic breakfast and no hassle if you need to check out a little bit later. First class!
