I would recommend this place very highly based on my short stay. The room was extremely comfortable and spotlessly clean and the staff always seemed to be there when you needed them. It is possible to get to most places on foot and there are excellent fitness facilities awaiting you after a long hard day.

A bit impersonal, but perfectly situated and very efficiently run.

Most people probably think this is a place just for the rich and famous, but believe me there are good deals to be had here. The location is obviously perfect being inside the walls, and the level of attention and professionalism is what you would expect from this kind of establishment.

We got an excellent deal here and would not hesitate to go back. The staff were extremely helpful, professional and polite and the room was absolutely immaculate. Our only minor complaint was having to pay for parking.

Great facilities and everywhere within easy walking distance. This is a classy place and it certainly did not disappoint as far as we are concerned. The room was excellent and the service was first class.

Excellent place to stay with everything at your fingertips. We were able to do everything on foot, effortlessly. The staff were friendly, professional and well presented and our room was spacious and had all mod cons.

Perfect location for eating, drinking and sightseeing as it is located within the city walls. Satellite TV, internet access, fitness centre and not that far from the racecourse.

I stayed there in August 07. It was awful, we booked a double room, got given a twin and in the morning there was no tea or coffee available! Run by complete mongs!

The hotel is fine inside (decent rooms, restaurant etc) but has a very ugly exterior. The location is excellent (right in the centre and close to the racecourse) and service good.
