We also got a bargain here and cannot fault it in any way. The place is very family friendly and the staff are extremely helpful and approachable. If there are any negatives, we certainly did not notice them.

We got a tremendous deal on this place, so it would be very difficult to fault it, especially for the price. Drinks were a little pricey, but that didn't really affect us as we just did the park and ride to Chester. Great place.

Found the receptionist very helpful and efficient and the bar staff equally friendly. Got a nice, big, clean room and there were no disturbing noises during my stay. You've also got park and ride nearby if you don't want to take your motor into the city. Great breakfast, which is also included in the price.

Stayed here on business for a couple of days and found it to be totally to my satisfaction. Good leisure facilities and Wi-Fi in the room at a very reasonable price. The outside doesn't really do it justice. I would definitely stay again.

This isn't the prettiest hotel in the world. At best use it as a base for visiting Chester. There's not much in the immediate area.
