Doubletree by Hilton Chester
The Doubletree by Hilton Chester opened at the beginning of 2009. Before its £30 million transformation by Hilton Hotels it was the Hoole Hall Hotel.
The hotel dates back to the 18th century and is set in 5 acres of landscaped gardens, just 1½ miles from the centre of Chester.
This luxury hotel offers 110 guest rooms and suites. Standard facilities include a king size bed, flat-screen HD TV with satellite channels, free broadband internet access, complimentary local and national calls, an electronic safe, and fridge.
A spa, due to open at the end of 2009, will offer two swimming pools, several treatment rooms, and a fitness centre.
Other facilities include the Orchid Room fine dining restaurant, a cocktail bar, and lounge, ballroom, numerous meeting and conference rooms, 24-hour business centre, and free onsite car parking.
