Inglewood Manor Country House Hotel

The Inglewood Hotel sits in 38 acres of tendered grounds, just 9 miles from the centre of Chester.

This Edwardian hotel offers 30 en-suite bedrooms, all with tea/coffee facilities, TV, hair dryer, trouser press and alarm clock.

The Inglewood also offers a restaurant and numerous leisure facilities. These include tennis courts, cricket and football pitches, bowling green and croquet lawn.

The hotel is non-smoking throughout. Guests should note that the restaurant may be closed on Saturdays due to weddings taking place.

We had dinner here on Monday 4 May 2009. The food was excellent and the service matched. We would strongly recommend it . I wished we had stayed there too.

What an absolutely beautiful place with wonderful grounds. The staff were extremely courteous and professional and the price we paid was unbeatable. The leisure facilities were also great, although we didn't use them much as we were out most of the time.

We were delighted with our stay at this hotel. It provided an excellent base from which to explore Chester and the surrounding area and the house, its grounds, the staff and the level of service were simply unbeatable.

Didn't find anything negative to say about this place. The room was clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient and the breakfast was excellent with seemingly unlimited fresh toast.

Fabulous grounds and a very peaceful setting, ideal for a quiet weekend away from it all. Excellent room, friendly accommodating staff, and everything at the right price. Definitely worth a look.

Ten of us spent the night here in December 2007 for a surprise birthday party. Everyone had a great time and, although the rooms were clean and comfortable they were quite basic. However the food, wine and service were fantastic. Only empty plates went back to the kitchen.
