Didn't have any problems parking and got a really warm and friendly welcome from the staff. That excellent customer service continued throughout my stay and I would have no hesitation in recommending this place to a friend.

This is a perfect place to stay especially if you arrive by train. The decor is superb and the staff were very helpful and polite and possessed an excellent local knowledge. The room was a little bit old fashioned, but that merely added to its charm as far as I was concerned.

Ideal location if you come by train and also recently refurbished. You also get a choice of restaurants, a gym, and free parking, which is always handy in town. Superb decor and extremely friendly and accommodating staff.

The room was comfortable and large. It's a good choice if you're going to Chester by train because it's right next to the train station. There's English and continental breakfasts on offer. Both were good.
The lobby area was very nice and atmospheric.
The centre of Chester is about 10 minutes on foot.
