Crewe Hall - QHotels
On the outskirts of Crewe, this splendid Grade I listed Cheshire mansion dates back to the early 17th century. After being largely destroyed in a fire, Crewe Hall was rebuilt in 1866 by architect Edward Barry, best known for designing the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. It is now a luxury hotel and spa.
Crewe Hall boasts over 100 rooms and suites. All have private bathrooms, satellite TV, hospitality tray, hairdryers, and wireless internet access.
The hotel is known for its extensive leisure facilities. These include a spa offering a full range of treatments, gym, aerobics studio, 18m indoor heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and 2 outdoor tennis courts.
Other facilities include 2 restaurants, a bar, spacious grounds with lake, plenty of car parking, and for those arriving in true style, a helicopter landing pad.
