Braemount House
Built in the late nineteenth century, this former doctor’s residence is situated midway between Bowness and Windermere. Now a guest house, it offers nine individually styled rooms, each with en-suite bathroom, TV, DVD player, hairdryer, hospitality tray, and clock radio.
Rates include a traditional Cumbrian breakfast (continental and vegetarian options also available) and passes to a local leisure club.
