We stayed here because we had read some good reviews and were not disappointed. It was everything you would expect from a quality guest house and the value is certainly reflected in the price. The breakfast was very substantial and a perfect start to a day's walking.

This was a nice cosy little place to stay only a few minutes walk from the centre of Keswick. It was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was very good. The staff/owners were also very friendly and helpful.
