definately the nicest b n b i have ever stayed at. Both Sue and Jerry are most welcoming and the breakfast is to die for (especially the muffins).

A warm welcome combined with good food and comfortable clean rooms made a wonderful relaxing holiday. Sue and Jerry were perfect hosts and nothing was too much trouble.

We were in the States recently so imagine our surprise when we found a couple of Americans running a guest house in the Lake District. Sue and Jerry were excellent hosts.

Probably a bit of a one off in the Lakes this place with American owners and rooms named after states. Choice of American breakfast with delicious home made pancakes.
