Elm Tree Lodge Guest House is a family run B&B situated in Keswick. It is open for bed and breakfast on a year round basis and offers 3 en-suite and 2 standard rooms.
The guest house is situated in a quiet location of town and it is a short walk to the town centre. The town offers a whole range of attractions including cafes, galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, pubs and a selection of beautiful parks.
Derwent Water is nearby and boasts fantastic views across to northern fells of the Lake District.
Owner Tim Mosedale is also a mountaineering instructor and Everest summiteer. If you are staying you can easily sign up for a rock climbing course or brush up on your navigation skills. Tim also gives slide shows (prior arrangement necessary) at the guest house about his trip to Everest featuring rare 360 degree panoramic summit footage.
Elm Tree is a non-smoking guest house.
