Thankyou for a fantastic stay on 4th, 5th & 6th November 2007. We went for my birthday and will definitely be returning. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and looked after us. The 4 poster room was so beautiful and comfortable. The Hotel is so relaxing and an ideal place to chill out for a few days. The food was fabulous too. We would highly recommend the Forest Side to everyone looking for a comfortable, pleasurable stay in a lovely location.
Many thanks again.

The staff and breakfast were exceptional. The location was beautiful and could not have been better. However the quality of the room let it down. The room on the phone was described as a "view room" but the only view available was the drive and a distant mountain. I was also disappointed with the bedding situation as the duvet barely covered the double bed, and made sleeping with my partner quite awkward. In my opinion the room was tatty, and no effort had been made to retain the original features which could make this hotel truly spectacular.
