Holbeck Ghyll Country House

Overlooking Windermere and the Langdale Fells, the Holbeck Ghyll hotel was the temporary home of actress Renee Zellweger during the making of the Miss Potter film.

Holbeck Ghyll’s restaurant is one of the only hotels in the Lake District to hold a Michelin Star and offers a fantastic view of the lake below. Other facilities at the hotel include a health spa, boutique shop, and private gardens.
