This is a good base from which to explore the Lakes situated in a very pleasant and quiet location. The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The owners are very friendly and full of useful information.

Found the place very unfriendly. The showers alternate between hot enough to make a cup of tea to cold with little inbetween. The breakfasts were ok but served by the worlds grumpiest man who seemed to take afront at people being in his home. I've stayed in many B&B's but found this over priced and sadly unwelcoming for such a nice location.
