This hotel was ideal for us as a family as the kids could explore a little on their own due to the central location. The room was immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable and although we only had breakfast in the hotel it was very good.

This is a good choice if you want to be in the heart of things. It's only a short walk to Lake Windermere or the centre of Bowness with all its shops and facilities. The hotel itself provided everything we required and was clean and friendly. We were ok, but parking could be a little tight.
