The room was incredibly comfortable and very well appointed. The staff were friendly and attentive, but not overly so, and there was plenty to keep you busy. There is also a nightclub/disco nearby if you've still got a bit of energy left at night.

This must be one of the best and most idyllic spots in the Lakes. The room had a spectacular view of Windermere and there was plenty to do in your spare time like playing snooker or relaxing in the pool. Well worth a visit.

The setting is absolutely gorgeous and very relaxing. That alone is almost worth the money.

Reasonably satisfied, but not as good as we had expected for that amount of money. However the views were spectacular, the food was very good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We'd consider staying again if it was a bit cheaper.

As I paid significantly less than the advertised price and made full use of the excellent leisure facilities I was reasonably happy with my stay. The hotel is showing its age on places though and could do with a bit of a refurb in my opinion. Views of the lake were superb however.
