Exactly what we were looking for in terms of location, price, and stunning views. The room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed and they do a very nice breakfast to get you going in the morning. You are only a short drive from Keswick as well if you want to be with more people.

This is a lovely place to stay and we used it as a base to do some walking. It's the perfect spot to start your ascent of Skiddaw. The grounds are also very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Can't think of anything to complain about really.
