Skiddaw

Despite being the 4th highest mountain in England, Skiddaw is relatively easy to climb and is popular with relatively inexperienced walkers.

A well-trodden slate path leads from the car park at Latrigg, just north of Keswick.

The summit towers 3,045 feet above sea level and fantastic panoramic views.
