Marketgate Shopping Centre
The Marketgate Shopping Centre is situated in the centre of Lancaster, opposite the Market Square.
This covered mall features over 40 stores including HMV, M&S, WHSmith, Waterstone’s and New Look.
The centre is open 7 days a week. Opening times are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5.30 pm and Sunday 10.30 am to 4.30 pm.
Facilities include public toilets with baby changing area, and a short-stay, pay-on-exit car park with spaces for 120 vehicles.
Lancaster Market is also here and offers a range of stalls selling everything from fish and meat to bedding and household goods. Market days are Monday to Saturday 9 am to 5 pm.
