Pleasant place to stay and breakfast is included in the price. Very helpful reception staff who dealt with my particular problem quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for the night porter either.

Couple of miles from the city centre, but at least you can park easily and for free. Nice views over Sefton Park and plenty of places to eat in nearby Lark Lane. WiFi available , but not in every room as far as I know.
