Super fast check-in which is always nice, only trouble was we had to wait till 2pm which seemed a bit on the late side to us especially when people often come here to watch football or do their shopping. No complaints about the room or the service, and the price was also good.

Our room here was fairly basic, but we didn't want for anything. It was also very clean and for the price we paid I don't think anyone could complain. A comfortable chair in the room would been a nice touch.

Certainly can't moan about the location or price. This place was very easy to find and it was nice to have free parking in a city. The room wasn't massive, but had everything we required and the reception staff were very friendly.

Very handy for the Echo Arena and extremely good value for money. Lovely area on the docks with plenty of things to do. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and attentive and the breakfast was excellent.
