This is a great building in a top location ideal for entertainment and shopping. We had read some negative reviews about this place, but we found everything to our satisfaction and the staff friendly and accommodating. Maybe we just got lucky?

We got a really good deal here considering the location. Everything is literally a stone's throw away. The room was in need of a bit of a refurb, but it had what we needed and was a decent size.

Superb location right in the heart of Manchester near many pubs, clubs, and restaurants. The hotel was very busy so customer service was a little slow.

The hotel has a great location near Piccadilly train station. Staff were friendly and our room was clean and tidy. Check-in was a little slow though.
