Was good to be able to park in a secure spot with good links to the centre. The room was clean and tidy and had all the bits and bobs in it to make life comfortable. Broadband internet was useful and the staff were helpful and efficient.

Pleasant surroundings and handy for watching Man United. The room was clean and tidy, but I did run out of tea and coffee which was disappointing. Staff were friendly, polite, and efficient in the dealings I had with them.

All rooms at the Express by Holiday Inn will have been refurbished by the end of September 2007.

The hotel is fine, just make sure you don't wander out of the Quays into Ordsall, which is a very dodgy area. Salford Quays itself is perfectly safe.
