The room was lovely and modern and had all mod cons including a flat screen TV and CD player. In the bathroom the shower was particularly good. I found the customer service to be very good in all departments and the complimentary high speed internet came in very useful.

Very handy for the train Station or watching a gig at the Apollo as I was. The room was clean and quiet and totally acceptable and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. They also do an excellent cooked breakfast to get you started in the morning.

Perfect location in Piccadilly. I was very pleased with my room which had all modern conveniences including internet access. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were only too happy to help. No parking on site, but there is an NCP nearby.

The bar at the Malmaison is very cool. Always seems to be some celebrity in there.
