The Place Apartment Hotel

Conveniently situated next to Manchester’s Piccadilly Station, the Place Apartment Hotel is a tasteful conversion of an 1867 warehouse. The city’s first luxury apartment hotel has great character and has retained many of its original features such as brick barrelled ceilings, cast iron pillars.

The apartments overlook a huge central atrium, complete with glass roof, palm trees and fountains. Various types of room are available but all come with DVD and CD players, Sky TV, kitchen, dining area and en-suite bathroom.

I thought this was a fantastic choice as there were a few of us. Loads of space, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated, and in an extremely central location. You can't beat it really. The staff were first class as well - friendly, polite and knowledgeable about the area. Excellent alternative choice.

Not a stuffy little hotel room, but a whole apartment and an ideal place to stay if there are a few of you. As a family we found it ideal. The kitchen was particularly useful as our kids have insatiable appetites and there's a Tesco Metro nearby where you can stock up. Great place!

You've got to stay here one time. A lovely old warehouse converted into rooms in a superb spot and staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Ideal for some of the more alternative nightlife. Would definitely go back there.

Luxury accommodation near Piccadilly Railway Station which caters for every desire. Service was excellent and we were able to walk to all of the places that we wanted to go. Simply fantastic!
