Dear Sir, a month ago I attended a performance of Mozart's opera Cosi Fan Tutti at your cinema. It was brilliant. Leaflets were handed out as the audience arrived. The cinema was silent, as was appropriate for an operatic event. It was also clean. So last night I came to see Tristan and Isolde. There was no attendant. When I found someone I was told that there were no leaflets. I sat down in a cinema where there was litter on the floor and popcorn on the seats and ghastly pop music was playing. However before the film the leaflets appeared. The film was brilliant the performance of the cinema was not.
