February 8th, 2007

Camelot theme park has announced plans for one of the world’s longest rollercoasters. The Knightmare will be over 2,600 feet long and cost £3 million to build. It is expected to be operational by spring 2007. The development has surprised many, as owners Prime Resorts have indicated they plan to close the Chorley attraction within the next decade.

Please don’t close down camelot :( it’s so much better than alton towers because im not a huge fan of rides such as the oblivion! and other big rides like that.

Camelot is fantastic, i loved the gauntlet, why has it gone?! :( and i really wanted to go on the quintain.. but now that’s gone - a shame!

I do love the rack though, brilliant ride!
