Longridge Restaurant reopens

Wednesday, December 6th, 2006

Paul Heathcote’s flagship restaurant, The Longridge Restaurant, has re-opened its doors following a complete refurbishment.

The 19th century cottage has been given a contemporary look inspired by the renaissance period. The main restaurant has a rich decadent feel with a mix of heavy linens, studded leathers, velvets and dramatic wall finishings in blacks, greys & creams.

The design follows through to the private dining room which now features the Chefs Table, a truly exclusive and entertaining dining experience where you can watch chef as he prepares dinner in front of you and your guests.

The menu at The Longridge Restaurant continues to be inspired by Paul’s original philosophy of working closely with local farmers and growers to ensure the produce used is the best.
