Clitheroe Tourist Information Centre wins 12 month reprieve

A decision to close the Tourist Information Centre in Clitheroe has been put on hold for 12 months. The centre looked likely to get the axe as Lancashire County Council considered measures to cut costs. However, councillors meeting to discuss the budget this week decided to postpone any decision on its future until next year.
