Kings Dock Arena Wind Turbines Approved

November 30th, 2006

Liverpool City Council has given planning permission for two 20 m wind turbines to be built at the new Kings Dock Arena. It is hoped that they will generate 10 percent of the venue’s electricity requirements. The arena is scheduled to open in early 2008. A similar project was recently approved at the City of Manchester Stadium.

DISGUSTING THE WHOLE FRONT OF LIVERPOOL IS KNOWN WORDWIDE WITH THE LIVER BUILDINGS AND THE OTHER BEAUTIFUL BUILDING BEING IN THE FOREFRONT WE DO NOT WANT WIND TURBINES SPOILING THE VIEW ALONG THE FRONT.
