Lancaster regeneration scheme rejected
December 22nd, 2009A scheme to regenerate Lancaster city centre has been rejected by the Secretary of State.
The plans, by urban regeneration specialists Centros, included a 97,000 sq ft Debenhams store, 30 new shops, 800 parking spaces, up to 179 apartments and townhouses, and improvements to the Dukes and Grand theatres.
