Rochdale Canal Festival

A 2-week festival to encourage use of the Rochdale Canal kicks off tomorrow with a fun day by the canal at Ealees. Littleborough. Those attending will be given the opportunity to take part in a range of activities including kayaking, angling, and biking. Entertainment will be provided by the Littleborough Public Brass Band the Rochdale Morris Dancers. Entrance and all activities are free of charge. The event will run from 11 am until 4 pm.
