In 2008, DJs voted Sankeys was voted 17th best club on the planet in DJmagazine. 2009 sees the club up the ante further, taking the place into the outer reaches of the electronic supernova.

Sankeys are now proud to announce key bookings through the year, as the venue revs up through the gears towards the summer, and their 15th anniversary celebrations. January is not yet over and already the likes of Steve Lawler and Pete Tong have stepped up, plugging into that Phazon sound system and roasting Manchester’s very soul. As we move through subsequent weeks, the club can now announce events with the likes of Sasha and Carl Cox, confirming the clubs role in bringing the best of the planet’s talent to Manchester.

Add to that residencies or regular gigs from club nights Circo Loco and We Love, and DJs Kissy Sell Out and Dave Spoon, and you’ll appreciate the impact of the club on the north and the UK at large is going to resonate like a sonic boom.
