The Warehouse Project returns for 2009 with four very special nights at Store Street over the Easter Weekend. These will be the only dates at the venue this side of the main 2009 run coming at the end of the year and as last year’s run proved will very likely sell out in advance. With only these four nights to play with we’ve gone all out to try and make each of them pretty special.

We kick off the Easter Bank Holiday run on Thursday 9th April with one for the house heads as David Guetta headlines with support from as yet to be announced special guests and WHP resident Krysko holding things together. David hits the Warehouse as his new single ‘Everytime We Touch’ fires the sonic finale from his current ‘Poplife’ album and as David himself admits, “everything I’m trying to do – in my DJing, my production – is about sharing emotion. When I’m making music in the studio that’s all I’m looking for. It’s what matters the most.” Catch the man on the 9th April @ WHP.

Friday 10th sees Goodgreef return after last year’s sold out birthday event with the undeniably huge Paul van Dyk heading a stellar cast of trance heroes and ‘Greef favourites including Godskitchen resident and Aira Force producer Jon O’Bir, Belgian DJ/producer Fred Baker, Shan, Jordan Suckley, Uberchic, Kris James and Christian Shaw. Basically, party central!

Saturday 11th sees a welcome return for Cocoon as we take their deep and minimal techno assault into the bare brick bunker for what will be another massive night out. With a bill that includes Timo Maas, Tiefschwarz, Raresh, Andre Galluzzi, Jamie Jones, Seth Troxler and Greg Lord we expect this one to go nuclear!

Finally, what better way to wrap up a humungous Easter party marathon than with Erol Alkan at the helm on Sunday 12th as Store Street kicks off with an early 8pm start for more party action! Erol is no stranger to the Warehouse as last year’s ‘Erol & Friends’ event sold out over 1 month in advance and even heralded a surprise live appearance from Franz Ferdinand that was only announced the day before! This time Erol is ably joined by some of the hottest DJ/producers around as Simian Mobile Disco, Digitalism, Metro Area, Yuksek, Surkin and Andro fire up Manchester for one final hurrah before it kicks off proper this September.
