Top Designer to Create Illuminations
November 20th, 2006Top interior designer Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen will help design the 2007 Blackpool Illuminations. It will be the first time anybody outside Blackpool Council’s in-house team will be involved in the creation of the annual display.
