Park Inn Preston
The Park Inn Preston is set to open in the latter half of 2009.
It has previously been operated as the Novotel Preston and the Preston Hotel. In August 2008 the Rezidor Hotel Group purchased the hotel and announced they would operate it under their Park Inn brand.
The hotel is located at Junction 29 of the M6 motorway, close to Cuerden Valley Park and 5 miles south of Preston city centre.
On opening it will offer 118 rooms, each with flat screen TV, and wireless internet access.
Hotel facilities at the Park Inn Preston will include a restaurant, lounge bar and café, fitness centre, meeting rooms, and car park.
