Preston Restaurants
The last few years have seen a massive increase in the number of restaurants in Preston. Many are located in the side streets off Fishergate, the city’s main high street. To dine at the cream of the crop you’ll have to travel out to Longridge. Here you’ll find Paul Heathcote’s Longridge Restaurant, the first eatery in the North West to receive a Michelin star.
