Anniversary surprise spoilt by staff as wrong room allocated. Executive room not worth the money as stuck on top floor with skylight window. Electric failed, breakfast was very poor but coffee was good. Complaints not answered by management and 2 weeks in, still awaiting to hear from head office! All in all very poor.

If you stay here try one of the executive rooms, they might cost a bit more, but it's worth the extra. The food was exceptionally good and cooked to perfection combined with very prompt and efficient service. Well worth a look if you are in the area.

I was reasonably satisfied with my stay here. It was easy to get to, parking was easy, and you are only a few minutes walk from the centre of Rochdale. The room was very clean and comfortable and the staff who dealt with me were very friendly and helpful.
